About my team
Asha Latha Duvvuri
Founder, AllisWell
I am a certified yoga instructor with over eight years of professional experience, specializing in women’s health and holistic wellness. My practice integrates evidence-based approaches with traditional yogic principles to support women through key phases of life. I hold advanced specializations in Nutrition in Gynaecology and Diabetes Education, enabling me to provide well-rounded guidance that addresses both physical and metabolic health needs.
My core expertise lies in prenatal and postnatal care, where I design safe, structured, and individualized programs that promote strength, mobility, and overall well-being. I am committed to fostering a supportive and informed environment, empowering women to make sustainable lifestyle choices and achieve optimal health outcomes. Through a compassionate, client-centered approach, I strive to deliver high-quality care that enhances both physical wellness and emotional resilience.
Founder’s Motivation
As the founder of AllisWell, I am driven by a deep commitment to empowering women through informed, holistic, and accessible wellness practices. Over the course of my eight years as a certified yoga instructor and educator, I witnessed firsthand how women often navigate complex health challenges—physical, emotional, and nutritional—without adequate support. This understanding inspired me to create a space where women can receive comprehensive, evidence-based guidance tailored to their unique needs.
AllisWell was born from my belief that true well-being requires both knowledge and compassionate care. My specializations in women’s health, diabetes education, and nutrition in gynaecology, combined with my expertise in prenatal and postnatal care, allow me to offer a platform that bridges traditional wellness with modern health insights. My mission is to help women feel informed, confident, and supported as they move through every stage of life.

I am A Food & Nutrition postgraduate with a heart rooted in Nutritional Psychiatry and a soul devoted to healing. For over 12 years, have walked alongside people as a Nutritionist, Health Coach, Content Writer, Product Manager, and Chief Dietician, helping them rediscover the version of themselves they thought they had lost.
My journey has taught me that true wellness is not just about what we eat, it is about how we think, how we feel, how we breathe, and how gently we hold ourselves through life.
As a peaceful homemaker and a grateful mother of two vibrant children, I have learned the profound art of balancing responsibilities with inner stillness. These everyday lessons, blended with my scientific grounding, shaped my deeper calling to support individuals in restoring harmony across their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual worlds.
Today, I am driven by a dream to unravel the forgotten wisdom of Yogic Nutrition to create a movement that embraces a mind–body–soul aligned way of living.
